There is a separate entity that gathers and lists all changes in underlying entities, the PRJ administration (project administration). If you want to review changes in a project, you can switch to the PRJ administration, thus eliminating the need to first determine which entity the project in question is part of.
All changes related to projects taking place in mutual entities are also automatically gathered in the PRJ administration, thus allowing you to consult an overview of all activities, broken down by project.
