Do you have a support portal?
Yes. You can submit your questions 24/7 to our portal, by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. We will answer during office hours, during which you can also reach us by phone at + 31 182 580 411 (select 2 in the phone menu).
Can I take out a support subscription?
Yes. You can take out a support contract (with a licence for three users). The support subscription fee must be paid in advance.
Can you login remotely or monitor my screen?
Yes. In all cases, our experts can provide assistance by logging in to your server or monitoring your screen in a TeamViewer session.
Can I request a trial licence?
Yes. You can request a free 30-day trial licence for MS Business Central Standard by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or request a free demo of our HB Real Estate 365 module.
